{"id":597,"date":"2025-09-29T15:00:35","date_gmt":"2025-09-29T21:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.titantvinc.com\/blog\/?p=597"},"modified":"2026-01-12T16:10:02","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T22:10:02","slug":"special-overnight-maintenance-window-scheduled-for-friday-october-3rd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.titantvinc.com\/blog\/special-overnight-maintenance-window-scheduled-for-friday-october-3rd\/","title":{"rendered":"Special Overnight Maintenance Window Scheduled for Friday, October 3rd"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4>It is our policy to provide you with advance notice of any planned maintenance windows.&nbsp; This message is our notice that a special maintenance window has been scheduled for:<br><br><strong>&nbsp;11 PM (Central) on Friday, Oct. 3rd through 7 AM Saturday, Oct. 4th<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4>One of our primary production servers&nbsp;has&nbsp;reached the end of its effective service life and&nbsp;must&nbsp;be replaced.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4>Due to the dependencies between our servers,&nbsp;databases, and firewalls, the server&#8217;s&nbsp;replacement requires our sites, guides, and services to be offline and unavailable for an extended period during this window.&nbsp;Maintenance signs will be posted on the affected sites with public-facing interfaces.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4>After the server replacement has been completed, a follow-up email will be sent stating our guides, broadcaster sites, and data\/signal prediction services are functioning correctly and ready for use.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4>For our PSIP clients, the generation and delivery of Saturday&#8217;s initial PSIP files may be delayed. However, once the PSIP service has been restored, the day&#8217;s initial batch will be generated. Updated PSIP files will also be automatically generated throughout the day.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4>Thank you for your cooperation.
