Duane joined TitanTV in 2009 and in his current role he is involved in customer service, technical support, and sales support. His past experience within a major communication corporation, as well as local television stations, has given him a comprehensive understanding of the service broadcasters expect. Duane's education in media studies and production has resulted in a highly developed attention to detail, and a wealth of knowledge that directly benefits TitanTV clients.

In a word, Duane could be described as dynamic. He is a playwright that volunteers at local theatres, has won employee of the month multiple times, is curious and introspective, and believes in the maxim live and let live.

Operations Support member, Lori Williams, brings TitanTV, Inc. more than 20 years of extensive customer support-related experience. Over that period, she has worked with the public in person, over the phone, and in retail settings. Lori has also worked to meet her customers' needs in the banking industry and as a licensed Real Estate agent.

Away from the office, she has 3 pups that keep her busy, she is a wife, mother of three grown sons, and "Gigi" to her grandson. With a broad interest in crafting, Lori enjoys quilting and making her own greeting cards.

Jenniffer Whitlock joined TitanTV, Inc in 2024 as a Customer Care Specialist. Easily juggling multiple tasks, versitility and quickly finding solutions to problems in the midst of chaos are Jenn’s superpowers, having always been a part of her previous job experience both in healthcare and retail. Her aptitude for organization is second only to her people skills wherein she helps clients feel understood and cared for.

Outside of TitanTV, Jenn has been a professional photographer for over thirty years, and her weekends are often spent capturing special moments in time. She also loves attending concerts with friends, spending time with her daughter, cheering on her nieces and nephews at sporting events, and traveling with her hubby. A lover of lighthouses and the mountains, she tries to make trips to see and photograph them as often as she can.

TitanTV, Inc. is pleased to announce that Kaitlyn Montgomery has joined the company as an Executive Assistant.

Kaitlyn brings years of experience in operations, customer service, and real estate–related support, with a strong background in organization, communication, and cross-functional coordination. In her role, she will support executive leadership by managing priorities, streamlining workflows, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Kaitlyn is known for her attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to keep people, processes, and timelines aligned.

Prior to joining TitanTV, Kaitlyn built a diverse career in HOA property management and real estate, serving as a Licensed Real Estate Professional and supporting property operations, financial workflows, vendor coordination, and homeowner communication. She has also taught dance for over 24 years, further strengthening her skills in organization, creativity, and leadership.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn loves spending time with her family, traveling anywhere and everywhere she can, and adding a creative sparkle to life by rhinestoning costumes.

Karol, aka Radar, is excited to join Titan TV, Inc. as a Sales & Marketing Manager. She brings with her a wealth of experience in the radio, television, and media industries. With a diverse background that spans on-air talent, promotions, and sales, Karol has cultivated a unique skill set that positions her as a valuable asset to the Titan TV team.

Karol began her career in radio, where her passion for broadcasting flourished. She also spent time over the last 20 years with the local production team at Mediacom, which included hosting and producing local shows “Newsleaders” and “It All Adds Up”. This experience deepened her understanding of the media landscape and enhanced her skills in storytelling and audience engagement.

Most recently, Karol served as the Executive Director for the Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival, where she was instrumental in creating community-wide programming leading up to and including the 4th of July. Her leadership and innovative approach helped foster a sense of community and celebration, showcasing her commitment to local engagement.

Karol lives in Marion, Iowa with her husband and their two teenage sons. The family is rounded out by their beagle-boxer mix, Rey, and a gecko named Gus. Karol actively volunteers on the Linn Mar Foundation Board and is involved with various community organizations, including the Freedom Foundation, Churches of Marion Pantry, and Five Seasons Stand Down. Her dedication to service and community engagement reflects her belief in giving back and supporting local initiatives.

Helping broadcasters find simpler ways to get programming information in front of their listeners is what makes Colin the perfect fit as an account manager. Prior to joining TitanTV in 2014, Colin developed and honed his skill-set working in the broadcast, radio, and cable television industries. He masterfully listens to the needs of each client, which allows him to deliver exactly what they need.

Colin takes on each day at a marathon-pace knowing the relationships he builds and service he provides have to last a long time, regardless the strain they may sometimes be put under.

Titan TV Welcomes Industry Veteran Kris Binder as Sales Account Executive

Titan TV is pleased to announce the appointment of Kris Binder as Sales Account Executive, further strengthening the company's commitment to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to its clients across the television and media landscape.

Kris brings more than four decades of experience spanning broadcast television, media operations, programming, sales leadership, revenue management, and technology implementation. His distinguished career includes leadership roles with some of the industry's most respected organizations, including Gray Television, NBC, WCBS-TV (CBS), INSP Network, ABC Cable Networks, and The Lenfest Group.

Most recently, Kris served as Director of Corporate Program Operations for Gray Television, Inc. In that role, he managed program scheduling, contract administration, analytics, and corporate relationships while supporting national and local sales teams in achieving and exceeding revenue goals.

Throughout his career, Kris has developed a reputation for building high-performing teams, maximizing revenue opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging technology to support business growth. His expertise includes inventory management, media sales systems, forecasting, strategic planning, program operations, and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies. He is also a two-time Emmy Award Winner.

As Sales Account Executive at Titan TV, Binder will focus on expanding client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping advertisers and broadcasters maximize the value of Titan TV's solutions.

Kris studied Communications at Iona/Seton College and Organizational Management and Community Leadership at Saint Joseph's College. He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt, reflecting his commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

He currently resides in Athens, Georgia, where he enjoys cooking, exploring new destinations around the world, sharing his love of music, and spending quality time with his two adult children.

Ben brings more than a decade of experience in B2B SaaS product leadership, specializing in product strategy, execution, and growth. In his new role, Ben will lead TitanTV’s product software development efforts, partnering closely with engineering, product, and business teams to advance TitanTV’s platform, accelerate innovation, and continue delivering reliable, high-quality guide experiences for clients and partners.

Prior to joining TitanTV, Ben held senior product leadership roles across several technology organizations, most recently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Lumivero. There, he successfully guided multiple acquisitions from due diligence through integration, launched key product features, and scaled the product organization from the ground up. His background spans SaaS infrastructure, integrations, analytics, and go-to-market strategy, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and customer-centric product development.

Outside of work, Ben and his wife have three young boys. They enjoy being outdoors for bass fishing and waterfowl hunting. Ben also hits the golf course when he gets the chance and unwinds by playing guitar.

In his new role as Technology Specialist, Hadley will support TitanTV’s technology infrastructure and help ensure the company’s systems, tools, and services continue to meet the needs of broadcasters, partners, and customers across the country.

Hadley brings a strong foundation in network and systems administration, server infrastructure, virtualization, technical support, enterprise networking, routing, and security. He is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and CompTIA Security+ certified professional. He also completed the full Cisco Networking Academy CCNA coursework, further strengthening his hands-on knowledge of networking and security.

In addition to his technical background, Hadley has served as president of a college Cyber Defense Club and is an Apple Certified Technician. His professional experience in finance adds analytical problem-solving and customer service skills to his technology expertise.

Since 2007 Chelsea has been calling TitanTV, home. She is highly talented which is why she finds herself wearing many hats such as offering support to the marketing department, assisting with marketing literature, tradeshow planning, and general marketing duties. She manages a number of accounts as a sales manager, helping local broadcasters increase productivity and efficiency. Last, but not least, Chelsea also provides customer support by offering users of TitanTools education and training to enhance their efficiency.

The relationships Chelsea has fostered and strengthened with clients has given her the reputation of being a trusted source of information. Clients take note of her dedication and optimistic outlook, both of which draw them in closer.

As a Waldorf University graduate with a degree in communications and marketing, Chelsea has used her background to help develop her strength of explaining TitanTV's tools in a way that simplifies things for users.

Morgan joined TitanTV in 2020. She brings a variety of skills and experiences to us in her position as Technical Support Analyst. Morgan developed a background in communications while serving in the Iowa Army National Guard from 2003-2011. In 2012, Morgan earned a BA in Secondary Education & Biology from Mount Mercy University. She then taught science to middle school students.

Away from the office, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family. She also volunteers by teaching Sunday School and serving as an adjutant for American Legion Post 674 in Toddville, IA. Morgan’s skills and experience will help her provide superior technical support to our clients and consumers.

As CEO, Chris believes that careful focus on the evolving needs of TitanTV's customers, partners, markets, and internal operations is key to the company's longevity. Chris has enjoyed his work with TitanTV's team of experts, positioning the company to remain a reliable partner in our clients' success, as it has for almost thirty years.

Previous positions in the broadcast industry marketplace include leadership roles at MyWeather LLC and Weather Central, Inc.

Chris holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania / The Wharton School.

Heidi is responsible for leading the marketing, customer care, and sales departments at TitanTV, which allows for clear communication and the creation of consistent messaging between them. Her story at TitanTV began in 2007 when she was an entry level account manager.

Previous experience within the broadcast industry helped Heidi develop the ability quickly identify a client's needs and develop a solution that best fits those needs. Her foresight has proven to be highly valuable as she is able to stay on top of the constantly evolving broadcast industry. This foresight allows preemptive measures to be taken that addresses any technology or advancements that may disrupt the industry.

She is very proud of what she has been able to achieve since joining the team, working her way through the ranks all the way up to SVP, Sales & Marketing in 2015 and then Chief Revenue Officer in 2021. Heidi's success is a direct result of the hard work she exhibits every day, striving to please the clients TitanTV serves.

Heidi has a degree from Cornell College in International Business, with an emphasis on marketing, and Russian. She enjoys spending time outside of work with her family and volunteering. Heidi is a dedicated volunteer for The Linn County Fair as the Marketing Manager. Other volunteering positions include Vice Chair & Board Member of Advanced Television Broadcasting Alliance, NAB Exhibitors Advisor Committee Member, and Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance Business Support Council Member.
