Technical Support Analyst
A vital part of TitanTV's daily operations for over 10 years, Marge oversees technical management of the station management databases and PSIP files created for stations, answers clients' questions, and troubleshoots reported problems. Prior to joining TitanTV in 2007, she gained a wealth of broadcast knowledge and experience while designing and installing networks, teaching network certification classes, and training and technical support of proprietary software.
Marge's hard work and dedication has helped her in mastering station management and PSIP, a vitally important set of skills to possess within this industry. She has a keen eye for detail, is caring and loyal to customers, and goes the extra mile to ensure her job is done properly. Clients love working with Marge because they know she will always try and do what is right.
Customer Care Manager
Duane joined TitanTV in 2009 and in his current role he is involved in customer service, technical support, and sales support. His past experience within a major communication corporation, as well as local television stations, has given him a comprehensive understanding of the service broadcasters expect. Duane's education in media studies and production has resulted in a highly developed attention to detail, and a wealth of knowledge that directly benefits TitanTV clients.
In a word, Duane could be described as dynamic. He is a playwright that volunteers at local theatres, has won employee of the month multiple times, is curious and introspective, and believes in the maxim live and let live.
Broadcast Tools Product Manager
Since 2007 Chelsea has been calling TitanTV, home. She is highly talented which is why she finds herself wearing many hats such as offering support to the marketing department, assisting with marketing literature, tradeshow planning, and general marketing duties. She manages a number of accounts as a sales manager, helping local broadcasters increase productivity and efficiency. Last, but not least, Chelsea also provides customer support by offering users of TitanTools education and training to enhance their efficiency.
The relationships Chelsea has fostered and strengthened with clients has given her the reputation of being a trusted source of information. Clients take note of her dedication and optimistic outlook, both of which draw them in closer.
As a Waldorf University graduate with a degree in communications and marketing, Chelsea has used her background to help develop her strength of explaining TitanTV's tools in a way that simplifies things for users.
The newest addition to the TitanTV team is Morgan Berns. She brings a variety of skills and experiences to us in her position of Operations Support. Morgan developed a background in communications while serving in the Iowa Army National Guard from 2003-2011. In 2012, Morgan earned a BA in Secondary Education & Biology from Mount Mercy University. She then taught science to middle school students.
Away from the office, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family. She also volunteers by teaching Sunday School and serving as an adjunct for American Legion Post 674 in Toddville, IA. Morgan’s skills and experience will help her provide superior technical support to our clients and consumers.
Helping broadcasters find simpler ways to get programming information in front of their listeners is what makes Colin the perfect fit as an account manager. Prior to joining TitanTV in 2014, Colin developed and honed his skill-set working in the broadcast, radio, and cable television industries. He masterfully listens to the needs of each client, which allows him to deliver exactly what they need.
Colin takes on each day at a marathon-pace knowing the relationships he builds and service he provides have to last a long time, regardless the strain they may sometimes be put under.
While Arlan Quandahl may be our newest employee, having joined us in 2018, he comes to TitanTV, Inc. with over 30 years of sales and service experience, in positions ranging from entry level to upper management. Service oriented and customer driven, Arlan has had a successful track record at building relationships and meeting his customers' needs in a range of markets and product lines, including direct-to-home satellite service and as General Manager of an independent telephone company.
Arlan has also used his management and communication skills as a public servant on various city and county zoning boards. His civic contributions further extend to being on the Board of Directors for a youth camp and to serving 18 years on an EMS crew.
Despite his many accomplishments, Arlan continues to follow his philosophy that he can still learn from everyone he encounters.

Christopher W. Kelly
As CEO, Chris believes that careful focus on the evolving needs of TitanTV's customers, partners, markets, and internal operations is key to the company's longevity. Chris has enjoyed his work with TitanTV's team of experts, positioning the company to remain a reliable partner in our clients' success, as it has for almost thirty years.
Previous positions in the broadcast industry marketplace include leadership roles at MyWeather LLC and Weather Central, Inc.
Chris holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania / The Wharton School.
Mick's primary roles at TitanTV, Inc. are to define and guide the development and continued performance of the company's products. He establishes effective communication between development, marketing and IT teams, fostering an efficient product development environment. His leadership has established TitanTV as a trusted service provider while also maintaining profitability.
Mick has been impactful in driving the Product Development Lifecycle methodology to produce products of superior quality and reliability. Mick's detail-orientated approaches to addressing market needs and product opportunities have positioned TitanTV for success.
Mick also guides TitanTV's Business Development efforts, helping to license our core technologies and find new long-term partnerships within the industry. He brings over 25 years of engineering experience to TitanTV. During his tenure with TitanTV, Mick has overseen the development of principal products, which has garnered high profitability and recognition on the Inc. 500 Fastest-Growing Private Companies. His success is marked by disciplined leadership that guided TitanTV's transition from desktop client software to focusing on web-centric Software-as-a-Service solutions.
Prior to his roles at TitanTV, Mick held executive positions with Broadcast Interactive Media and Decisionmark, and was the International Business Director of CE Software, Inc. Mick holds a Bachelor of Science - Electronic Engineering Technology (BSEET) degree from DeVry Institute of Technology.
Chief Revenue Officer
Heidi is responsible for leading the marketing, customer care, and sales departments at TitanTV, which allows for clear communication and the creation of consistent messaging between them. Her story at TitanTV began in 2007 when she was an entry level account manager.
Previous experience within the broadcast industry helped Heidi develop the ability quickly identify a client's needs and develop a solution that best fits those needs. Her foresight has proven to be highly valuable as she is able to stay on top of the constantly evolving broadcast industry. This foresight allows preemptive measures to be taken that addresses any technology or advancements that may disrupt the industry.
She is very proud of what she has been able to achieve since joining the team, working her way through the ranks all the way up to SVP, Sales & Marketing in 2015 and then Chief Revenue Officer in 2021. Heidi's success is a direct result of the hard work she exhibits every day, striving to please the clients TitanTV serves.
Heidi has a degree from Cornell College in International Business, with an emphasis on marketing, and Russian. She enjoys spending time outside of work with her family and volunteering. Heidi is a dedicated volunteer for The Linn County Fair as the Marketing Manager. Other volunteering positions include Vice Chair & Board Member of Advanced Television Broadcasting Alliance, NAB Exhibitors Advisor Committee Member, and Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance Business Support Council Member.
