We are seeking an accomplished Director of Technology to guide our technology vision, lead multidisciplinary software and IT teams, and drive the delivery of world-class solutions. This is a pivotal leadership role with high visibility, where strategic thinking and hands-on technical oversight intersect.
The Director of Technology will:
- Define and execute the company’s long-term technology strategy in alignment with business objectives, and that technological capabilities reflect the company’s long term product vision.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior engineers, architects, product manager, and IT professionals.
- Oversee architectural and operational decisions, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Ensure company compliance with cybersecurity framework
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that provide a competitive advantage.
- Partner with executive leadership to set priorities, set and manage budgets within goals, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
- Provide high level support for customers and new business opportunities as needed.
- Manage and negotiate relationships and partnerships with key technology vendors.
- Cultivate industry organization partnerships to guide the market and influence our position.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a technology leadership role.
- A track record of successfully delivering, supporting and enhancing complex projects.
- Strong background in the Software Development lifecycle, production SQL database environments and Cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to balance visionary thinking with hands-on problem solving.
- Demonstrated curiosity or experience with artificial intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience leading distributed teams.
- Demonstrated innovation in product, software, or technology process design.
