Posted on March 31st, 2026 by Karol Shepherd

TitanTV, Inc. today announced that Ken Nelson, a valued member of the company since 1997, is retiring effective today, with his retirement officially beginning on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

Ken’s tenure spans more than 28 years, beginning when the company was known as Decisionmark. Over nearly three decades, Ken has witnessed the evolution of the tech industry firsthand — from delivering software on floppy disks via the mail to navigating the early days of the internet, then referred to as “The Information Superhighway.”

During his time at TitanTV, Ken embraced a variety of roles and challenges beyond his official job description, contributing to the company’s growth and innovation while wearing many hats. His versatility and dedication have left a lasting impact on the organization.

“Ken is a skilled, passionate and dedicated professional who cares deeply about the quality of service we supply,” said TitanTV President Mick Rinehart. “Over the years, his efforts have been a fundamental component to the success and positive industry reputation achieved by our company.”

“It has been an honor and a privilege to work with some of the best people in the business,” said Ken. “TitanTV is well-positioned to continue making history, even as I step away.”

Ken humorously reflected on his legacy: “I am not concerned about my name being remembered — within six months, I fully expect no one will recall it, much like that other singer who was in Wham! with George Michael.”

Despite his lighthearted prediction, TitanTV, Inc. recognizes that Ken’s contributions and impact will be remembered and appreciated for years to come. The company thanks him for his decades of service, commitment, and contributions, and wishes him all the best in his retirement.
