Role

TitanTV is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role touches HR support, vendor coordination, reporting, onboarding/offboarding, sales operations, and internal communications—perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support HR functions: benefits coordination, onboarding/offboarding, staff meetings, employee surveys, internal communications.
• Assist with vendor and contract tracking, monthly invoicing, and website/ad monitoring.
• Maintain key internal reports, including sales related documents.
• Help plan company events and provide administrative support for travel, trade shows, and special projects.
• Stay informed on industry trends and assist leadership as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in executive support, operations, HR coordination, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (required).
• Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working across departments.
• Experience in media, broadcasting, or SaaS is a plus (not required).
