The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Software Product Development Director to lead our Product Development team, unify/optimize our technology toolsets and drive the delivery of world-class solutions.

The Software Product Development Director will:

• Manage and lead the TitanTV product development lifecycle – from product conception through product launch.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior software and data engineers
• Clarify and then delegate for implementation, the product requirements presented by the Product Management team
• Assess legacy code bases for technical debt and provide guidance/assistance when refactoring or rewrites are needed
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that provide efficiencies and competitive advantages. Be cognizant of and proactive in minimizing Cybersecurity threats to our products
• Partner with executive leadership to set priorities, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in the leadership role of Software Product Development Director or equivalent.
• A track record of successfully delivering, supporting and enhancing complex projects.
• Strong background in the Software Development lifecycle, production SQL database experience and Data/Metrics harvesting skills that help evolve products based on business intelligence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading distributed teams.
• Demonstrated innovation when bringing products to market
• Experience with complex workflows and integration between business-to-business partners

Salary Range

• $100,000 – $130,000
