Improve Schedule Accuracy with Direct Data Reporting (DDR)

Posted on June 9th, 2026 by Karol Shepherd

If you are not familiar with DDR, it is a quick and efficient way to distribute your schedule information directly to participating data providers. Using DDR helps reduce the turnaround time for schedule updates to appear across the cable, satellite, online, and streaming guide services supported by those providers. We have also found that stations using DDR experience fewer scheduling errors and missed program updates.

We are currently live with Simply.TV, TV Media, and TiVo, and we are working toward adding Gracenote by the end of the year for affiliate channels.

To ensure your schedule information remains accurate and up to date, please submit schedules through DDR on a weekly basis and include at least three weeks of programming data with each submission. For any changes that need to be sent after you have sent your weekly reports, send just the day(s) that you have made changes via DDR.

If you would like additional training or a refresher on using DDR, our TitanTV team would be happy to help. Please use the following link to schedule a training session: go.oncehub.com/titantvtraining

As always, if you have questions or would like to review best practices, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.

If you have any questions on your schedule or need further assistance, please contact us at 1-319-365-5597 or customercare@titantv.com.
