We are excited to announce we are hiring and looking for a driven individual to join the TitanTV Team!

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Specialist located in Cedar Rapids, IA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, analyzing customer needs, communicating effectively, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Customer Care Specialist will also work collaboratively with other departments to provide customers with the best possible experience.

  • Customer satisfaction, customer support, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and understand customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a customer-facing role preferred

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include familiarity with broadcast industry, and experience with customer service software.
